Conversations About the Digital is a playful participative dance work for up to 25 people and an audience. Participants are directed to move about the performance space by responding to a series of questions on an audio track about their social media use. Ultimately, by following the audio instructions they are encouraged to carry out social interactions with fellow participants without the mediation of their phones.
The work has been successfully performed in traditional performance spaces as well as schools and shopping centres.

“Working as a dramaturg to Katie Dale-Everett was an absolute pleasure. She is a choreographer who is able to develop and balance different performative elements (dance, film, animation, design, narrative and direction) efficiently and without it being too explicit or signposted.”
